Nationals
I know that this will come as no surprise to any of you who are familiar with my impressive racing pedigree, but I want to share the great news I just received with our whole club.
Dear Racer,
Congratulations! You have qualified for the 2009 USA Cycling Mountain Bike National Championships scheduled for July 16-19, 2009 at Sol Vista Basin in Granby, CO.
All my hard work has finally paid off, I qualified for Nationals!!! I am big time now. I hope this inspires the rest of you and that I can be an example of what is possible if you work hard and dream big. If I could give one piece of advice to all the little people out there aspiring to such lofty hights you must first be as conmmitted as I am; that means at least one mountain bike race every three years. I know it soundslike alot, but success doesn't come with out a price.
Please know that I will not let this go to my head and I will always be available to give any helpful hints that I can.

My new goal going forward is only to get a national champs invite. Lucky!

Okay, now you really are going to need to give me some tips on my descends! Congratulations on the invite and thanks again for a great ride on the 20th. The new trail was great, as was the company.
