Sweet Tuesday night ride
Rob and I rode out Tuesday evening, picked up my friend Ron in Eagle, and headed towards Camelbak. We never found Brad and Harris, but we did pick up a stray, a nice guy who was here from CA for the Twilight.
It was a great evening, I needed that ride.
Do we have a general plan for Tuesday nights? That's usually one of my better nights for a ride.
Intervals
Brad and I do a ride at 4:30. It is generally a butt kicking leg ripping ride. At least yesterday was. I blame it on the heat. So that is a ride goes on every Tuesday.
