More help

I would like to help out in some way at all three races. I will have to post what else I can do when I find out my daughters soccer schedule for the fall.

Volunteers

Just wanted to get this up at the top of the list again. Cross is coming soon and I appreciate every one who is willing to come and help with these 3 races. If you have any questions feel free to ask. We need at least 2 people in the registration section. So lets make sure we are full there as well.

I'm in!

Let me help set it up or promote it or something.

I'm out for this one

Unfortunately I didn't realize that we would be out of town for this one.

Chris - do you mind taking my place for set up on this one?

Chris's picture

Will do!

Of course, J!

done deal

Jason just let me know which race works best and I'll put you back on the sheet.

Thank you

Thank you for helping out everyone. It will be a great race. I might send one of the set up people over to registration to help out once it is started. We will see how things are going with set up.

Put me down for the 23rd

Set up if possible. I have two kids games later in the morning/early afternoon.

Thanks!

Out for Sat.

My daughters soccer game will take me out for all of this Sat. I can help at the next two races.

Good for Saturday

Just wanting to confirm that I am good to help set up Saturday. I have to bail right after my race otherwise I would help take down too. I know Rob has a soccer game so he is out but is every one else that is signed up still good to go as well?

Hammers

For those who are coming to help set up if you can remember to bring a hammer that would be awseom. If we have a couple of them it makes the set up a lot faster and easier.

eric's picture

hammer?

Do we not get to use the big plastic stakes this time??

harrismc's picture

Yes

Yes we do but there are 3 barries to set up and we always seem to need to put in some stakes as well. If we have a couple of hammers that would be the best.

Thank you

Thank you but I can't take credit for all of it. Brad is the one who puts on the race and actually he designs most of the course. I pretty much run a set up crew. I am glad you liked it. We are working on some fun changes for next Eagle Island as well.
Also the last one on Nov 20th we will be using the area with the water slide as well. Should be a fun add on.
I will get this info over to Brad on the caution tape.

More props!

Brad, you are the man. That was so much fun! Thank you, as well, for your hard work. I hope you enjoyed the day. I sure did.
