Crazy Portland Trip Idea
Hey everyone. It looks like next week around Portland there are 2 crits and a flat circuit race. Check out the links on OBRA. http://obra.org/. I'm thinking about making a trip over to Bend for Friday, Portland for Saturday, and then to Salend for the Sunday race. I could be persuaded to change that schedule slightly though. Anyway, is there anyone interested in traveling to do a few crits??? Would be a great tune up for Twilight.
Circuit races
The have some pretty cool circuit races every Tuesday and Wednesday at PIR (Portland International Raceway). It's a 2 mile closed course on the Formula One race track. Beautiful and fun! I did it last year. Had a blast!
FUN
Sounds like a great trip! Wish I could swing it but don't think it's going to work unless I bring a 2 year old along for the ride. That could make for an extremely long weekend. :)
