Start time: 11AM rain or shine
Directions: I84 east to exit 121. Turn right, turn left on Frontage rd, Parking on right at Elmore County fairgrounds.
Handicap format? What does this mean? FUN!
Each group will be handicapped (given a head start) from the faster groups that will start afterwards. The Cat 1 & 2 riders will be the last group. Each race group races towards the finish and whomever reaches the finish first Wins! Everyone can ride and mix in any group. Ideally the groups should finish together before the finish. That’s up to you!
Work together in your group, breakaway, go for a big solo move, sneak away from the lead group before the finish. It’s all good. Most of all...have fun!

a) Women Cat 3-4 & Masters 55+ all cats,
b) Men Cat 3-4-5 ages 45+ & Men 4-5 35+

Here's the course. I assume we do 3 laps, but that's short of the 45miles they list.
Anyone?
Anybody else thinking about this? We should take a crew down! I'm already writing it off as a tough training ride with a $15 BBQ afterwards. Let's do it!!
maybe
I hadn't really planned on it, but I could probably be convinced if a few folks jumped on the band wagon...
IN
I'm signed up and so is Chris. Let's get the rest of those missing hobble creekers included... and what about Nate, Brad, Harris, Mr. Cat2, and Dave too? I know you guys are all on the edge... let's roll.
Doh
OK, scratch that... after trying to rally the troops it turns out I can't go anymore. :) whoops. next year!
bueller?
Anyone else still planning on it? I'm game if we get a few people.
Come on!
You should come, Nate. I'll lead you out.
Not in
I will be trying to get some rides in this weekend but mostly finishing up house painting/shop counter top projects. Still holding out for maybe a trip up North to do the Moosecross thing if we get a group together.
Oh, so IN.
I am already registered and ready to go. This was a fun event last year, despite the fact I bonked in the last 3 miles. I know a handful of guys that are going to do it. It would be great to have more teammates! Come with!
Here is my bar-cam footage from last year.
