Watch with another road cyclist in the room for maximum laugh effect!
I found the one with the PG-13 title so, sorry kids.
Hey everyone, I went to place my order for the new team kit and I noticed not a lot has been ordered. Just wanted to post a reminder that the deadline is approaching.
This is an open question to anybody on the team (except for Eric, as will become increasingly apparent as we go on.)
What should I do to my 'cross bike to clean up after the season? (Eric puts his away muddy from one season to the next, it hurts me to think about it...)
Besides a good scrub, do any of you mess with your tubulars? This post says I need to remove the sealant and keep the tires partially inflated but not sitting on the ground...

I just thought I would put htis out on the forum for those looking to improve their performance on the bike, but havve limited time. Many of you have reads and are familiar to Chris Carmichaels "Time Crunched Cyclist" book. This is a link to something that looks very similar with the added benifits of video. http://www.cxmagazine.com/training-high-intensity-cyclo90hit-program. I am leaning towards giving it a shot. Anyways FYI.
Wow, 21 years of blissful marriage. Way to go kids! It is almost not fair that a guy that has been married that long should be able to ride that fast. Kerry can turn some seriously angry pedals as well. Happy Anniversary guys and many many more.
By the way, props to Steve Luke at EI3! Thanks to Matt for the pics to help me imagine what it is like to be in race condition. That's not me this year but I'll be back someday.
Saw this on Yahoo and thought it was pretty cool. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=DQU6LzAzY_Y
Who's up to burn off at least 800+ calories on Thanksgiving morning? There is a nice little 90 min. route we can do now that Dry Creek Road is paved on the way to Hidden Springs. The weather is not looking perfect for a road or a mountain ride but it may be a Thursday morning call. 40% chance of rain in the morning before 11am. But plans could change as quick as the weather.
If it is actively raining, I'm out. I don't like to ride in the rain, especially in November.
If it was wet overnight but looks like it could dry up here is what we can do.
Ok,
I didn't want to hijack Dan's thread anymore but I am seriously considering trying to race enough this year to qualify for mountain bike cross country nationals in Sun Valley this summer.
Anyone else thinking about it?
